RETURNS POLICY

If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase please contact us within seven days of receiving it. 

You are eligible for a full refund on gemstone designs. 

In order to qualify for a refund, the goods must be returned undamaged and unworn, in their original packaging. 

Refunds will be made in the same manner as original payment. 

Custom orders and personalised items are not refundable. 

We do not accept responsibility for goods stolen, lost or damaged during return. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

You are eligible to exchange your purchase of gemstone designs if you wish to do so. Please contact us within seven days of receiving it. 

You can exchange for items of the same value as the original purchase.  

The goods must be returned undamaged and unworn, in their original packaging. 

Custom orders and personalised items are non-exchangeable.   

REPAIRS

Should you need a repair we will happily oblige free of charge.
