This is a beautiful handmade May birthstone First Communion bracelet. The bracelet is handmade with high quality Freshwater Rice Pearls that have a clean surface and high lustre. Two Sterling Silver or Gold Filled charms of your choice can be placed on the sides of the bracelet with a Chrysoprase faceted cube in the middle. The bracelet is finished with a Sterling Silver/Gold Filled clasp. An extension chain is added for size adjustment.

The bracelet is suitable for girls from 7 to 10 years of age.

Pearls are the June birthstone. Pearls, according to South Asian mythology, were dewdrops from heaven that fell into the sea. They were caught by shellfish under the first rays of the rising sun, during a period of full moon. Pearls are said to give the wearer a sense of calmness and centeredness, and to promote faith, loyalty, truth and purity. They can especially enhance personal integrity. What is Gold Filled?
The term “gold filled” means that a thick layer of gold is bonded to a base of other alloys such as rhodium, brass or sterling silver through heat and high pressure. The gold layer on gold filled is approximately 100 times thicker than gold plated. Gold filled items are regulated and the quantity of gold must be at least 1/20th by weight of the total product which is 5% the gold content and 95% other metals.
