Shipping & Delivery


We offer free worldwide standard shipping. 

Your jewellery will arrive securely packaged in a gift box and enclosed in a padded envelope. 

Your item will be shipped within two business days after receiving your payment. A notification email will be sent. 

Orders are shipped by An Post standard post. This does not include insurance or tracking. 

If you want your order shipped to a different address please specify in the note box at the checkout. 

Any custom and duty fees required by your country are customer’s responsibility. 

We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit. 

International shipping can take anywhere from two to four weeks depending on where you live.


If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase please contact us within seven days of receiving it. 

You are eligible for a full refund on gemstone designs.  

In order to qualify for a refund, the goods must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging. 

Refunds will be made in the same manner as original payment. 

Custom orders and personalised items are not refundable. 

We do not accept responsibility for goods stolen, lost or damaged during return.
