ORDERING ONLINE

Orders may be placed through the online shop and paid directly using Stripe. Once you have placed an order online you will receive a confirmation e-mail at the address you have specified when placing your order. Items will be dispatched within two working days of receipt of payment. If an item is out of stock an e-mail will be sent to you to advise how long it will take to fulfill your order.

ON-LINE PAYMENTS

All on-line credit card transactions on this site are conducted via the internationally recognised Stripe payment service. Stripe process electronic payments between you and us. We do not receive or retain financial information from you or from Stripe payments. Customer information relating to Stripe payments service can be seen here

PAYMENT CANCELLATION

Cancellation is accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.

Your credit/debit card payment is tendered through Stripe on placement of your order. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us by email and quote your name and order number. If your order has not already been shipped we will be able to reverse your purchase in total through the Stripe payment service. 

SHIPPING

We offer free worldwide standard shipping. Your jewellery will arrive securely packaged in a gift box and enclosed in a padded envelope. Your item will be shipped within two business days after receiving your payment. A notification email will be sent. Orders are shipped by An Post standard post. This does not include insurance or tracking. If you want your order shipped to a different address please specify in the note box at the checkout. Any custom and duty fees required by your country are customer’s responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit. International shipping can take anywhere from two to four weeks depending on where you live.

RETURNS POLICY

If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase please contact us within seven days of receiving it. You are eligible for a full refund on gemstone designs. In order to qualify for a refund, the goods must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging. Refunds will be made in the same manner as original payment. Custom orders and personalised items are not refundable. We do not accept responsibility for goods stolen, lost or damaged during return. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

You are eligible to exchange your purchase of gemstone designs if you wish to do so. Please contact us within seven days of receiving it. You can exchange for items of the same value as the original purchase. The goods must be returned undamaged and unworn, in their original packaging. Custom orders and personalised items are non-exchangeable.   

REPAIRS

Should you need a repair we will happily oblige free of charge.

SECURITY

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All data is protected using the most advanced methods available. We do not store financial information like credit card details.

This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions. All trade marks reproduced in this website which are not the property of, or licensed to, the operator are acknowledged on the website.

Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence. Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of Ireland.
