Right of Withdrawal

Under the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement. You can do this by:

• Completing and submitting the withdrawal form below, or
• Sending an email to ilgemstones@gmail.com with your order details and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

• 14 days after the day we received back the goods supplied, or
• 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same method of payment as you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You must send back the goods to the address below without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The direct cost of returning the goods will be at your expense.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Personalised or custom-made items made to your specifications
• Items that have been worn, used, or are not in their original condition with tags and packaging
• Sale items or gift cards
